Lets get physical! Or energised! In this class you can can expect breath awareness, variations of Sun Salutations, warm ups and vinyasa-ing through invigorating standing and balance postures, and then cooling down into savasana. Set to lively music, you will get the opportunity to have fun as you concentrate, grow flexibility and find your zen, and challenge yourself further.
In this 45 minute class we will work on more advanced postures , moving through some sequences slightly faster than other energise classes.
This class is for adventurous beginners or well practiced yogis.
