Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga. We will move gently though asanas (poses) that are held for longer periods of time, ranging from two to five minutes.
This more meditative style of flow comes from a Traditional Chinese Medicine background, it will aid to increase flexibility, circulation and flexibility. Holding the asanas for longer periods of time, gives us more chance to go deeper in to the pose and ourselves. If you’re working on getting into meditation – this is the practice for you!
Perfect for those living a YANG life style, busy, hectic, gym goers, doers, You will leave feeling calm, cool and collected… and you may even get a lil head massage at the end …Ommmmm yeahhhh!
