Class Descriptions

Yoga Nidra

Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep (or yoga nap!) as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. Everyone can do it! You will rest comfortably in savasana (corpse pose), the teacher will guide you through a mindfulness practice called ” pancha maya kosha ” (five layers of self), leaving you with a sense of wholeness. You don’t even have to get change! It is one pose…laying down! You just take off your shoes and we provide cushions, mats and good vibes.There is no wrong way to ‘yoga Nidra’, every one will experience something a little different!We are holding our yoga Nidra class for 30 minutes , in the middle of the day  and end of the day to give you a chance to zone out of your day and into yourself or prepare you for a great night’s sleep 🙂
You will leave feeling relaxed, and less stressed. If you don’t think you have the time to fit it in, remember that practitioners claim that a 30 minute yoga nidra session has the rejuvenating effects of several hours sleep! 😛

Yin and Yin 45(minutes)

Gentle, soft and still. Yin Yoga is a quiet, slow-paced style of yoga. We will move gently though shapes that are held for longer periods of time, ranging from two to five minutes. This more meditative style of flow will aid to increase flexibility, circulation and flexibility. Holding the asanas for longer periods of time, gives us more chance to go deeper in to the pose and ourselves. Most of the shapes work the lower body, including hips, pelvis, inner thighs and lower spine, in an attempt to target the deep connective tissue. Yin is accessible to every student, and benefits those with tight muscles most. You will leave feeling calm, cool and collected… and you may even get a lil head massage at the end …Ommmmm yeahhhh!

We even offer this style of yoga during the day : Leave the office and let us take you on a mid day , 45 minute journey to chill town. Warning: You may want to quit your day job and pursue yoga as a career 😛

No Sweat – Pre Work Flow

This is a perfect , gentle 45 minute yoga class for all those trying to get to the office or to school for 8:30/9am. From 7:30am we will stretch and release mindfully preparing our bodies and minds for the day ahead. You will not sweat. (no need to shower after! but we do have bathrooms, mirrors, and change rooms to get ready for work). You will relax and create space to be the best version of yourself for the day. (tell those annoying colleagues to come too). Your work, life balance will improve. (as well as your actual balance…) No experience required.


It’s time to chill the EF out. A chill vinyasa flow is appropriate for yogis who enjoy and desire a slower paced yoga practice. These classes are designed to give detailed instruction and to be less physically challenging than other classes. Chill flow yoga classes will allow you to gain strength and flexibility at a steady pace with safety, alignment AND CHILLING OUT as the main focus.


A nice gentle all levels hatha yoga flow to help you Cruise on through the rest of the week post Monday 😛 or start your ☀️ weekend.Perfect for Newbies, regular yogis wanting to go back to basics, or anyone really — just keeping it cruisey…


It’s a sped up yoga flow for 45 minutes!! You will experience poses and movements from ashtanga and vinyasa: Get in, get yoga, get zen!
Perfect for the parents, or office worker type people! Mid day or arvo – you can get your energy up and moving! Finishing off with the most important part of yoga- Savasana (corpse pose) to receive your practice and get relaxed.


In a Energise2Chill class, the teacher will lead you through a dynamic vinyasa flow for the first half of class, and then guide you into a restful restorative practice for the second half. Don’t worry … plenty of room for sweat and savasana 😋

Energise 2.0

Similar to our energise. In this 45 minute ashtanga-vinyasa blend class we will work on more advanced postures , moving through some sequences slightly faster than other energise classes. This class is for adventurous beginners or been-more-than-once-to-yoga- type people/ practiced yogis.


Flow2Go classes are 60 minutes of flowing movements between poses guided by the the breath. Each class is unique with a little bit of everything, but may include the many variations of Sun Salutations as well as yin like floor poses, standing postures, inversions, backbends and balancing .
Inhale, exhale annnnd you’re flying (or at least you’ll feel like it!).

Feel Good Flow 

Join Ebony from Your Intention for a feel good flow into your Thursday evening. Incorporating mindful meditation, breathwork and movement, Ebony will guide you through a flow where you will forget about the day passed and move into your evening feeling light and calm.
Ebony’s nurturing and caring nature allows all levels of students to feel guided with confidence through their practice. Her passion for supporting others with connecting to their mind, body and soul shines through a style of flow that leaves one feeling aligned and in balance.

Flow 4 a Cause

At om yeah we are all about growing and supporting our community. We run 100% donation based, all levels yoga classes at different times of the year to support  variety of causes. Joining om yeah in these classes is just one of the many ways we can be about the greater good in the community. We recommend a minimum of $10 donation for these classes, OmMembers and 10 class pass holders  have no obligation to donate , and are invited to flow in community spirit – But feel free to also donate as you wish! Please see events and timetable for updates on when the next flow for a cause class will be!

Yoga for Kids

When: Tuesday Kids Classes & Monthly family yoga

Time: 3:45-4:30pm| Cost: $5 first Class then choose to sign up for 8 weeks $10 per Class. Young Yogis understands that the transition back to school and growing up in general can be emotionally, mentally and physically challenging for children and for families. YoungYogis allows space for you and your special ones to get back into the school routine groove.
